I'm going to assume that since this is a fan tribe for ATHF, you all don't easily get offended... AMV hell has warnings for the two episodes of AMV Hell which go quite past the limits of decency. AMV Hell 0 goes right past the limits of decency, it's full out anime porn in most areas. If that's not something you want to see, don't click on it.

Anyway, AMV Hell is a HUGE collection of random anime that has been set to new music or new audio. It's funny as hell. AMV Hell 0 features at both Dr Weird corn intros. Who has come out on top?

A while back we were discussing episodes where Meatwad actually gives Shake his just deserves, because it's a rarity, but it DOES happen. Then I got to thinking, Meatwad probably does worse things to Shake when he does get even.

Usually, Shake just tricks Meatwad in going into an appliance (since he's meat, he doesn't have any organs except for the brain... and even that isn't all that important to him) or simply scares him.

Meatwad, on the other hand, has done the following to Shake either on purpose, or indirectly:

Tricked him into getting several dangerous and disfiguring plastic surgeries, then tricking him into changing his mind. While Shake is weak, in pain, and has his ego shredded to nothing, Meatwad comes in and starts manipulating him into getting an eating disorder.

Given him cancer and diabeties at the same time (this might've been Shake simply overreacting, but it was apparent something pretty horrible happened to him)

Blew him up after gaining a robotic body. Really, that whole episode was about Carl's head being transplanted on different bodies and Shake really didn't do much at all, especially when it came to Meatwad. Then, a few seconds from the end, Meatwad just smashes him through a wall, throws him into the air, and blows him away with little reason.

In the episode where he gets electrical powers, he makes Shake his slave, electrocutes him several times, and even though Shake gets even a little toward the end, Meatwad comes back from the other dimension as a giant and squashes Shake just before the end credits.

In the episode where Meatwad gets the Egyptian t-shirt, he makes Shake his slave again. At the end, he becomes Santa Claus and has Shake as a raindeer. The episode ends with Shake getting humped by another raindeer, which is pretty bad.

In the E-helmet episode, Meatwad slaps a bugger on Shake's face and ridicules him when the e-helmets malfunction and Shake is humped by Carl's robot-legs.

I can't think of any others at the moment, but has Shake done anything worse? I think Meatwad has come out on top since he only gets even a few times, but it's usually much worse.

Frylock gets his ass kicked

Another thing I've noticed. not only is Frylock right most of the time (see my Shake's right/Frylock's wrong topic), but he is usually the one who does the fighting if things get ugly. not onyl that, but when we decides to throw down, he beats whomever pretty easily such as the first Mooninites episode, the episode with the Leprechauns, and the New Years episode where he intimidates the whole ATHF rogue's gallery by shooting off a single blast at Ignot.

The onyl time I can think of him getting physically beaten is the return of the Mooninites where they use the Foreginer Belt to give him double-vision. Surprisingly, that's probably the only episode where Carl helps the team instead of attacking them.

Considering all the classic rock era references I would have to say that Carl, Shake, and I'm asuming Frylock would have to be in their upper 30's or 40's. Foreigner\DoubleVision Belt, Shake wanting to go down to the Camero dealership, and Carl marching to the beat of Foghat's drummer, ect, are some examples. Although Meatwad is probably a tweeny since he really likes Backstreet boys.

I was watching last night. Its the episode where Shake gets all that plastic surgery. This is one of the few episodes where Meatwad totally fucks with Shake, and bests him. The only other episode that I can think where this happens is the Video Ouji episode, but thats mainly because Meatwad just becomes bored with the game right after Shake offs himself. Can anyone else think of any episodes where Meatwad one-ups Shake?

Back in the 90's I vaguely remember a show that wandered on my tv that I thought was called Aqua Teen Hunger Force. It was a bad P.C. show that I turned off after about 5 minutes and never heard about it again.
Because of this I didn't watch this show until a few months ago because I thought it might be the same show. Considering that SeaLab was from what I understand originally a bad show that was transformed into a comedy I might be right about this.

Toyfare #82 has an article about toys being made for the Adult Swim shows. Unfortunately the only pics they had were for Family Guy figures, but they do have some info about upcoming Aqua Teen toys (AND how the show originated as a Space Ghost script!):

"What it is: Fast food trio moves to Jersey, ostensibly fights evil.

Mike Lazzo: 'Aqua Teen Hunger Force was actually a Space Ghost script that was done a couple of seasons agoin which these fast food promotional products were introduced into the Space Ghost universe. We just felt that they hijacked the show, so I killed it, I said 'No, we're not making this one.' But Matt (Maiellaro and Dave (Willis, the show's writer/directors) just wouldn't let it go. They came back a year later and said they wanted to do it, but this time as its own show. Great! At this point it wasn't hijacking another show, it was its own show, so it made a lot more sense."

TOY STORY: It's hard to make food poseable, Lilly says. Luckily, the toys will get bolstered with accessories--Wave 1's Shake figure, for example, may come with a removeable afro. Right now, he'll share a 2-pack with Mothmonsterman, and Wave 2 tentatively features Frylock and MC P Pants."

If I understand the Adult Swim article correctly, there will be 2-packs of ATHF, Brak Show, Harvey Birdman, and Sealab 2021 figures coming out in the 4th quarter of 2004 (just in time for Christmas.....).
