A while back we were discussing episodes where Meatwad actually gives Shake his just deserves, because it's a rarity, but it DOES happen. Then I got to thinking, Meatwad probably does worse things to Shake when he does get even.

Usually, Shake just tricks Meatwad in going into an appliance (since he's meat, he doesn't have any organs except for the brain... and even that isn't all that important to him) or simply scares him.

Meatwad, on the other hand, has done the following to Shake either on purpose, or indirectly:

Tricked him into getting several dangerous and disfiguring plastic surgeries, then tricking him into changing his mind. While Shake is weak, in pain, and has his ego shredded to nothing, Meatwad comes in and starts manipulating him into getting an eating disorder.

Given him cancer and diabeties at the same time (this might've been Shake simply overreacting, but it was apparent something pretty horrible happened to him)

Blew him up after gaining a robotic body. Really, that whole episode was about Carl's head being transplanted on different bodies and Shake really didn't do much at all, especially when it came to Meatwad. Then, a few seconds from the end, Meatwad just smashes him through a wall, throws him into the air, and blows him away with little reason.

In the episode where he gets electrical powers, he makes Shake his slave, electrocutes him several times, and even though Shake gets even a little toward the end, Meatwad comes back from the other dimension as a giant and squashes Shake just before the end credits.

In the episode where Meatwad gets the Egyptian t-shirt, he makes Shake his slave again. At the end, he becomes Santa Claus and has Shake as a raindeer. The episode ends with Shake getting humped by another raindeer, which is pretty bad.

In the E-helmet episode, Meatwad slaps a bugger on Shake's face and ridicules him when the e-helmets malfunction and Shake is humped by Carl's robot-legs.

I can't think of any others at the moment, but has Shake done anything worse? I think Meatwad has come out on top since he only gets even a few times, but it's usually much worse.
